The Maker's schedule is the focused, uninterrupted work that stretches multiple times a day. According to Maker's schedule, it requires someone half an hour to understand how the things are going to work, it also requires no disturbance while doing the work and the work can be done in different parts of a day or multiple times in a day. While the Manager Schedule is always consisting of meetings, rescheduling, more meetings, appointments and visits that will be continuously going on from days to month just to acquire the work and then more meetings to complete that work.
