Definition/ Meaning/ Explanation
A combination of meaningful and organized social practice. It is differentiated from the normal practice as it requires focus and attention towards the goal and have a clear vision of what will be the result with improvements. It requires just more than normal routine work like activities and workshops that will be helpful in improving the skills.
