Eeffective sourcing model through which individuals, group of people or organizations can achieve a common goal. The goal can be ideas or finances for a project or can be funds for needy people. Crowdsourcing has become a growing practice between the online community by which many people can help in achieving goals. It's literally coined from Crowd means number of people and Sourcing from Outsourcing.
