A theory which states that if there's a bigger problem, then it must be divided into smaller portions to decrease the impact and power of it. After the breakup, conquer the smaller problems easily. Divide and Conquer theory has been used by many Emperors in the past as a winning approach in war times. Distracting the group in smaller portions so that they can be defeated easily.
